Naples Reserve Community

Naples Reserve is located minutes from downtown Naples as well as Marco Island. To reach from Interstate 75, simply take Exit 101 and merge on Country Road 951 (aka Collier Blvd). Drive south to the turn left onto FL 90 South/US 41. Drive a few miles, then turn left onto Naples Reserve Blvd.
The Naples Reserve community is located in southern Collier County, just minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island, Florida. Set amidst more than 600 acres of allure, all encompassed among protected woodlands and nearly two-dozen interconnect lakes, Naples Reserve is graced with rustic beauty and natural charm. The quality of life here may only be exceeded by the quality of expertise that has amassed to make this one of the most amazing of new residential developments in Southwest Florida. Naples Reserve is emerging through a collaboration between the national award winning home builder Ashton Woods and iStarResidential, a major investment/finance firm specializing in luxury condominium and master-planned communities in the best markets of America. While Ashton Woods has advanced more than a dozen different home designs for the lakefront neighborhoods that will comprise this community, the masterful builders and designers from Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Group and Lundstrom Development are collaborating on the creation of custom homes here. The variety of designs and price points will effectively enable buyers to better determine the home design that is best aligned with the lifestyle and budgetary needs.
Enriched with Amenities
Beyond the stellar array of home designs in the Naples Reserve community, there are also great amenities. The community’s Lakeshore Club appears as an island unto itself amidst the large central lake where courtesy kayaks and canoes beckon all to explore available waterways. The Lakeshore Club offers plenty space for social gatherings, but is also complemented with state-of-the-art fitness center. Outside, residents can lounge along the lakeside beach or beside the resort-style swimming pool and spa where a cascading rock waterfall elevates the atmosphere. For those who like to maintain an active lifestyle, the tennis facility’s five courts accommodate league play. There’s also bocce ball courts and several miles of bike and walking trails that meander among the nature preserves. What’s more, all residents receive complimentary social membership at Naples Harbour where excursions on the Gulf of Mexico await only minutes from the community. As a private community, residents will also enjoyed an added assurance of peace provided through the manned-security services.
Close to Everything!
Naples has earned national renown and ranking among “America’s Best Places to Live.” That distinction has been largely derived from factors that include the low crime rate, cleanliness, warm climate and great variety of things to do. Fortunately, Naples Reserve is close to all the awesome opportunities that add to quality of life in Southwest Florida. Beautiful beaches, outstanding shopping and dining, cultural attractions in arts and entertainment, and the vast plethora of recreational pursuits await mere moments from Naples Reserve. For instance, for those who are drawn to designer shopping and fine dining, Naples’s world famous Fifth Avenue South district is appreciably close to the community. Other options, however, can be found by simply crossing over the Jolly Bridge to nearby Marco Island, the greatest in a grouping of inter-coastal land masses more commonly known as “The Ten Thousand Islands.” In either area, one will find a bevy of boutiques and specialty stores touting goods produced by the biggest names in fashion design, as well as tantalizing tastes served-up by master chefs. Either destination also offers great options for a night out on the town. In addition to venues which offer live music, there’s also theatrical performances staged at Sugden Theatre or concerts with the Naples Philharmonic as legendary recording artists at Artis-Naples. Art lovers will also appreciate the array of galleries specializing in fine and contemporary art, in fact, throughout the year, there are numerous exhibit openings and gallery receptions allowing for up-close encounters with some of the most exceptionally talented artists alive today.
Then again, for those who are more drawn to nature encounters, there’s glorious boating & fishing on the Gulf of Mexico, air boat rides among that Sea of Grass known as the Everglades, and wonderful wilderness retreats such as the Rookery Bay Estuary & Reserve, all just minutes from the community. Regardless of whether you’re a fish catcher or shell collectors, bird watcher or beach stroller, a day in Southwest Florida seldom to never disappoints. What’s more, Naples is a community that caters to all ages. Families will appreciate the connectivity to kid-centric sensations such as the Golisano Children’s Museum and Sun-n-Fun Lagoon (Collier County’s waterpark). There’s also Naples Botanical Gardens or Caribbean Gardens: The Zoo in Naples, these and other family-friendly venues can be found only a short drive from the Naples Reserve community.
Spectacularly Sporting

Robert Trent Jones-designed Flamingo Island Golf Course is among the outstanding golf courses near Naples Reserve

While golf is ever glorified, one needn’t worry that it is the only game in town. Fans of hockey and arena football can catch action at Germain Arena in Estero. Baseball fans can take the short drive to Fort Myers which serves as a official home-away-from-homes for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Throughout the year, there’s also a variety of tennis tournaments, marathons, fishing tournaments, swimming tournaments and more. For many, these events have less to do with competition, but are more about being connected with the community. No matter your manner of gaming, you’ll experience the kind of winning that’s prompted not so much by the scoring of points, but rather scoring new friendships. To be sure, Naples Reserve is graced with great architecture and great amenities, as well as the advantages of location, but above all it is a community of people where all are empowered to access and indulge in a most exceptional quality of living, succinctly defined as “The Florida Lifestyle.”
